Who I Am & Why This Work Matters

Long before I trained as a therapist, I’d already earned my stripes —
as the agony aunt, family fixer, and unofficial emotional sponge.
Early wisdom doesn't come with medals. It comes with wake-up calls.
One cracked me open.
Another changed everything.
I learned that the patterns keeping my family stuck were my patterns too. Self-doubt. People-pleasing. Fear-driven survival. These aren't character flaws — they're inherited wounds.
And I learned that healing doesn't happen in isolation. It happens in reconnection.
That's why I do this work.
